Mark 70 Series Sliding Gate Control Valves

Mark 70 Series Sliding Gate Control Valves

 (240)
The MK70 Series is a line of pneumatically-operated diaphragm control valves that combine multiple spring actuators with the precision of Jordan Valve’s advanced sliding gate seat for closer control and greater accuracy.

Jordan’s unique sliding gate control valve trim teams up with pressure, temperature, pH, level, or flow controllers for fast response, long term reliability, and high levels of accuracy on steam, gas, liquid and chemical services.

Consisting of a modulating disc and stationary plate, the sliding gate seat components are slotted with multiple orifices that align to provide the precise flow needed to maintain the process requirements. The valve strokes in a fraction of the travel required by conventional control valves ...

Mark 701/702 High-Flow and Super High-Flow Control Valves

Mark 701/702 High-Flow and Super High-Flow Control Valves

 (96)
Jordan’s high-flow and super high-flow sliding gate control valves provide:
  • Shorter stroke than a globe or plug-style valve
  • Straight-Through flow
  • Ease of maintenance

Side or top-mounted positioners are available to ensure that the valve stem position is always directly proportional to the control system output signal.

Mark 74 Bellows Seal Control Valve

Mark 74 Bellows Seal Control Valve

 (72)
When dealing with clean air requirements, you need to feel confident that you’ll receive long-term, leak-free performance from your bellows stem seal valves. You’ll find this assurance with the Mark 74 from Jordan Valve. Using the unique sliding gate valve seat, the Mark 74 provides exceptional bellows life. With a valve stroke that’s just a fraction of that of other rising stem valves, we use a smaller formed bellows that has minimal movement during operation. With limited movement, the bellows is not subjected to excessive wear and fatigue - conditions that can quickly lead to failure in other designs. In actual laboratory evaluations, each of the valves being tested exceeded two million throttling cycles in Class 300 service with no ...

Mark 75 Wafer Style Control Valves

Mark 75 Wafer Style Control Valves

 (252)
The Mark 75 is the next generation of control valves by Jordan Valve. With all the benefits of the time-tested Sliding Gate design, but in a lightweight, compact wafer- style body, the Mark 75 dramatically reduces the size and weight of conventional control valves.

Mark 78 Globe Style Control Valves

Mark 78 Globe Style Control Valves

 (60)
The Mark 78 pneumatic control valve is designed for accurate performance and simplified maintenance. This versatile product can be used on a variety of applications, including viscous/corrosive liquids, process gases or utility steam in process or utility service.

The Mark 78 Globe Style Control Valve utilizes a cage retained seat design with unbalanced plug. The top entry cage design allows maintenance while the valve is in the line. The trim comes with stainless steel standard, or can easily accommodate special materials for maximum corrosion resistance. Threaded, welded, or flanged ends complete a truly versatile valve that covers a wide variety of applications from utility steam to process gases, to corrosive/viscous ...

Mark 79/79MX Three-Way Control Valve

Mark 79/79MX Three-Way Control Valve

 (112)
The Mark 79 is an air-operated control valve that can accept a 3-15 psi air signal from any of the temperature or process controllers sold by Jordan Valve. It can also be controlled by instruments such as turbidity, flow, or level controllers and can be set up for direct control or with optional side or top mounted positioners.

The Mark 79 is used for diverting service and is ideal for bypassing fluids around coolers or filters. In this configuration, there is one inlet and two outlets. As one outlet closes, the other outlet opens, diverting flow from one channel to the other in accordance to the air signal to the actuator.

The Mark 79MX is used as a combining or mixing valve with two inlets and one outlet. When used as a mixing ...

Mark 2000 Angle Seat On/Off Control Valves

Mark 2000 Angle Seat On/Off Control Valves

 (13)
The Mark 2000 is an externally piloted angle-seat valve with self-adjusting packing gland, intermediate relief and wiper. The angle-seat construction of the body makes possible extremely high flow rates, particularly in comparison to conventional globe valves.
The compact size and light weight design makes this valve ideal for OEM machinery and other applications where space is at a premium.
All trim components and body are stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. However, the MK2000 is economical enough to use on general utility services as well. Whether steam, water, air or chemicals and process gases, the MK2000 provides unparalleled flexibility for on/off service.

Mark 8000 Series Fractional Flow Control Valves

Mark 8000 Series Fractional Flow Control Valves

 (480)
The Mark 8000 Series is a group of heavy-duty control valves specifically designed for process applications requiring full flow or fractional flow control. Available in a wide selection of body sizes and styles, this valve can be configured in two way or three way designs, for diverting or mixing service, and with globe or angle valve style seats. It can be ordered with a bellows stem seal, or an extended bonnet extension for cryogenic applications down to -425°F (-218°C), or with an electric motor actuator. It has a totally enclosed multi-spring actuator, which minimizes deadband and is field reversible without the use of special tools or extra parts. Jordan Valve can also install a wide variety of positioners and actuators on the Mark ...

Mark 8000 Bellows Stem Seal Fractional Flow Control Valves

Mark 8000 Bellows Stem Seal Fractional Flow Control Valves

Bellows stem seals eliminate fugitive emissions by surrounding the valve stem with a pressure-tight barrier, isolating the stem from the process fluid and preventing leakage to the atmosphere. For an extra measure of protection, the bellows stem seal option provides a back-up seal of Teflon, braided or Graphite/Grafoil packing.

Mark 8000 Cryogenic Option Fractional Flow Control Valves

Mark 8000 Cryogenic Option Fractional Flow Control Valves

The cryogenic option offers a bonnet extension that provides protection for the packing and actuator by preventing the formation and build-up of ice, which can interfere with movement of the valve stem and affect valve performance and control. This model is for use on cryogenic services with temperatures as low as -425°F (-254°C).

The Mark 8000 Series is a heavy-duty pneumatic control valve developed for cryogenic services. It is recommended for use with process below -40°F (-40°C).

Mark 8000 Three Way Body Fractional Flow Control Valves

Mark 8000 Three Way Body Fractional Flow Control Valves

The three-way Mark 8000 can be specified for use on mixing or diverting services. As a mixing valve, it is designed with two inlets to blend two separate flow streams into a common outlet, creating a third fluid. For diverting service, the valve features one inlet and two outlets, allowing you to divert the flow from one outlet to the other as required to bypass heat exchangers, coolers, filters, or other pieces of process equipment.

The Mark 8000 is a heavy-duty pneumatic control valve developed for standard or low flow industrial process applications. It is recommended for use when service or environmental conditions may be too harsh for traditional three way control valves.

V1C Series Cage-Guided Control Valve

V1C Series Cage-Guided Control Valve

 (60)
The V1C cage-guided balanced trim control valve offers high pressures and tight shutoff with the use of standard spring/diaphragm actuators. The balanced cage trim design enables this valve to handle differential pressures up to 1480 psi (102 bar) up through the 6” (DN150) size. The V1C contains a cage that is characterized in order to allow equal percentage and linear flow characteristics. Cavitation control trim, in-line maintainability, and fine proportioning control with high rangeability make the V1C both a precise and convenient valve to use for severe service control applications. The V1C Series is for use on a wide range of applications including throttling and on/off control of non-gritty liquids, gases and steam where the ...
